To continue scaling securely and reliably, the company needed a modern AWS foundation built for growth, resilience, and speed.

Mobilize & Migrate

  • Built a secure AWS landing zone with IAM, VPCs, encryption, and monitoring
  • Executed a six-wave migration program, covering development, staging, ERP, and production workloads
  • Migrated 186 VMs with near-zero downtime, ensuring continuity for marketplace users
  • Delivered hypercare and knowledge transfer, equipping internal teams to confidently operate in AWS
